PRICING

General Service

Our prices start at $129, but can vary significantly based on required demolition, large/heavy objects, ease of access, and the size of your space to clear.To provide more general estimates, a full truck load of ~6 cubic yards is generally $499. Our quoted prices are before any discounts from the Value Back Program we offer.We also offer individual item hauls for lower rates, please contact us directly if that is the case.Final pricing is quoted and confirmed free of charge.

Full Transformation

Our Full Garage/Room Cleanout service starts at $349, with full transformations typically ranging from $499–$899 depending on the size of the space and scope of work.Every full cleanout includes junk removal, sorting, storage container setup, labeling, and a swept finish. We work with you to ensure items and the space are cared for. With this service, you're getting a clean, organized, functional space.Final pricing is quoted on-site, free of charge. Value Back Program credits apply and can bring your total down significantly if there are resaleable items in the space.
